AetherXeno is not a 17 million prediction dump. Every predicted effect is anchored in primary human hepatocyte ChIP-seq, and this page compares those predictions with orthogonal readouts that were not used as receptor-head training targets. Two tabs are orthogonal validations: variants the model scores highly are enriched for being GTEx liver eQTLs and for overlapping a known transcription-factor motif. Two are clinical and phenotype cross-links: ClinVar and the GWAS Catalog, mirrored next to each predicted effect. Switch sources below.

Orthogonal validation. An orthogonal functional readout that was not used as a receptor-head training target. These atlas variants are also GTEx liver eQTLs, meaning they are associated with a change in a gene's expression in liver. Browse them with their predicted receptor effects.
